Inhuman: Man Sells 6 Months Old Baby To Raise Money To Travel To Greece

What will make a man to sell his 6 month old son, to raise money to travel out of the country?  Is it Poverty, desperation, ignorance or what? The things people do for money is become too much! Its really sad that some people will do just anything; up to selling their children to make a living and even to travel out of the country. This is simply beyond me....... Read the details below

Abia State commissioner of Police, Mr Usman Abubakar Tilli, exposed this situation to newsmen in his office on Monday said the police mounted a man hunt that led to the rescue of the child and the arrest of the suspects.

A father, Mr Onyekachi Ekwelum, who sold his six-month-old son to raise money to process his travel documents, has been charged before a magistrate in court to defend his action. 

Mr Ekwelum allegedly hatched and executed the act without the consent of the wife, but the lid was blown off by his 20-year-old spouse, Ozioma, when she could not find their son and reported the matter to the police.

Wife of that man discover that her husband want to  abandon her and travel to Greece.
